Enthusiastically greeted when we walked in the door. We had a large order to go, and every employee was courteous, friendly and efficient. We will be back!!
Went in this evening and tried splitting the payment for my order with two separate cards. Cashier said, “we can’t do that”, and I mentioned that this is the first I’ve ever heard this. She proceeded to get her shift manager and she also stated, “I don’t think we can do that” because I told her specifically I needed a certain amount on one card and the remainder on the other. I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The smoothies were fresh, delicious, and made just the way I like them. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service from Monika. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful with my order, making sure everything was perfect. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with a warm smile and genuine care, and Monika delivered just that. Her positive attitude made my visit even better. Big thanks to her and the team—I'll definitely be coming back!
Watched the guy in back making food use the same gloves to pick stuff off floor, remove his hat wipe hisface and forehead, then go to counter to take orders and exchange money then go back to the back pull a rag out of a cleaning bucket wipe down the make station and then priceex to make food while dirty rag continues to sit on make table and worker never changed his gloves.
