I ate here today at 5:00 pm and the girl at the counter was literally on her phone while taking our orders and getting distracted. More than once I have ordered through the app at this store for delivery and only part of my order was delivered. It is near impossible to get the store to replace the missing items. Refunds take forever. They want you to come into the store to pick up a replacement or get a refund but not only did I pay for delivery fees, I ordered delivery because I am sick. I shouldn’t be out of bed much less going out in public right now. If a business cannot properly execute a specific service, perhaps they should not offer said service... read more
