The incompetence here is crazy. If these girls would do their job instead of talking to their buddies who stopped by, there wouldn’t be ticket orders touching the ground that haven’t been made.
Very nice and well mannered
Went to this one 2x. The first time the chips were so stale and my wrap was made very sloppy. The second time I got the corn as a side,they put it in a paper bag upside down and it fell through as I was putting it in my car ,corn everywhere. There was no accountability,the manger acted as if I were making it up and didn't want to provide service recovery. I had to go back in that store 3x for proper service recovering. Ivory and Mercedes are hands down the best smoothie makers in the Charleston area I drive out of my way just to get one made by them they don’t get paid enough superior service🫡
