The service is terrible, i can deal with a kitchen mistake, messed up order but the attitude and service the employees have is irritating.
Someone screamed there was a roach but the food was good!!
Wow!!!! Im in love again. My favorite is the cranberry truffle shake, however it is a retired item. I visited the sam rittenburgh location and ran across employee Amber. She was friendly, patience and accomodating. She knew exactly what i wanted made.....just the way I like it. Perfectly made!!!! Amber thank you see you next week.
Someone yelled there was a roach on the floor when I walked in. Service was good!
