Maybe it's just because I am used to the ones in Florida. This Tropical Smoothie is TERRIBLE. The $10 turkey back ranch sandwich only came with 2 pieces of off smelling turkey. They have always been awful with service, the building itself despite being new has always been trashed when I go in. The smoothies aren't even blended properly. Not to mention their rewards program is an absolute joke.
I once gave this place a great review. The previous manager hired my daughter and told her to wait for an email from HR. Week after, she gets told “HR is out for the week”. Ok. Week after that, she gets told HR will contact her. Next day - shit hits the fan at Tropical Smoothie and the manager gets fired. I ask the owner about my daughter she tells me have her come in. Walked in there was called a terrorist really inappropriate walked start out. Guy was being aggressive after being confronted.
Horrible horrible experience the minute me and my fam walked in they called us a terrorist thinking it was funny. He seen us covered head to toe and wanted to make a joke and when no one laughed he goes it’s a joke. I said “the joke obviously wasn’t funny “ he was giving us an attitude and kept repeating “it’s a joke” but if the roles were reversed and we said something he woulda been very very upset saying the same thing “it wasn’t funny “
