I ordered two snack rolls and an American wrap via the app on June 24th. Drove to pick it up and I see a sign on the door that says they're out of cheddar cheese and chicken. No big deal - I didn't order anything with chicken. I walked in, and the girl just tells me "We're out of meat so we can't make your order." "I thought the sign says just out of chicken? Service can be improved. There was one girl who seemed super nonchalant about our dairy allergen concerns and it seems they don't properly clean their blenders despite us notifying them of allergies to dairy (they only briefly rinse it). They said they mostly don't have dairy items but many of their smoothies contain yogurt which is dairy. At least they confirmed amongst themselves whether one of their ingredients contains dairy or not. Service is also kinda slow.
Very slow service with less than stellar employee. One person making smoothies and other 2 sitting in the back. Glad to hear competition is coming so will not have to go back
didn’t even bother saying hello and ignored me completely 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, soulless teenagers need to change staff
I understand having broken equipment, but being out of several key ingredients is unacceptable. Received the wrong order twice (other customers did as well while we were there). Very off putting from a normally very good Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
