I love this chain because it’s literally everywhere (locations all over the country) - very reliable. I’ve never had a problem with this specific location and go there regularly. Great seating, large windows, and lots of parking. Smoothies are HUGE and you can’t go wrong with any mix. Unless you’re really into sugar always get half turbinado (or no turbinado). Went there a few months ago it was amazing, come back today and ordered two sandwiches. The labels got mixed up - no big deal just a small error. Then we get the food, Half of my Baja Chicken had no avocado or pickled onions and the other half was swimming in only that. Got a buffalo chicken and there was more buffalo sauce than anything else, almost non-enjoyable. Completely different experience than our first visit.

My office has placed 2 orders for lunch this week from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The first one had a smoothie that was requested with NO BANANA, however it was extremely overpowered with banana. Not a huge deal. Our second order this week, 1 person ordered a berry boba bowl and it wasn’t in the bag when delivered. I don't know if because I'm different at other people but is the second time they do that to me. Take my order and let me waiting about 20 25 minutes and everyone get their orders and go but me. And I just ordered a smoothie 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 im so sorry but that's a really bad service
