Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie. A staff member, Veronica (I believe that was her name, although she refused to provide it), dropped my order on the floor and did not apologize or offer to replace it. I asked for the supervisor’s name and a business card. She went to the back and left me waiting for more than five minutes. I was so excited to find this place and was really happy to have it in the neighborhood. I ordered a curbside pick up smoothie as I had two dogs in the car and it was extremely hot out. I sat in the curbside pick up spot directly in front of the store for 30 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment from the staff. Finally when I called 30 minutes after my schedule pick up time. They told me that their system was broken and she hung up on me. Great product absolutely horrendous service.
