I’ve been in twice this week and I won’t ever go back. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but I was just in there and stood at the counter for 5 mins without so much as a hello. 3 people working in the back and not one of them acknowledged me…. Terrible service.
Mariana has a great customer services she always has a great smile and she is always kind i love this place she makes this place great!!!!! I will definitely will come back thanks.
Diane had to have been the rudest person to take our order with her huffing & puffing. We are a family of 4 and felt like a burden ordering our lunch as if we were bothering her & our order was too complicated (it wasn’t) spending 50$ you’d think we would’ve been treated better.
Would have liked to give 5 stars but unfortunately one guy working in the back making the food doesn't seem to follow basic health codes when cleaning AND handling food. Only reason I stayed was because the cashier said she would make our food, which I watched to ensure that happened. It's pretty simple, it you are cleaning and get an order, wash your hands and change your gloves (even if it's in the middle of making the order).
