Ordered the flat bread and it was purposely filled with too much filling to the point where it wasn’t eatable. This is unacceptable. It’s like the workers did it on purpose since they probably didn’t want to make it.
My wife and I go here frequently and always a winner.
I have been to a few tropical smoothies but this location needs to do a deep clean and the food/smoothies didn't have the freshness that I'm use to from when I visit the other locations. ( Two weeks after the original review I went in to see if they corrected the problem with the sticky floors/cleanliness of the restaurant, sorry to say nothing has changed) 🤷♀️

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS DONT GO I have frequented this Tropical Smoothie location several times: DoorDash, App, In Person. The smoothies AND the food are NEVER good. I love tropical smoothie so much, I literally used to order it 2-3 times a week. I used to live closer off 25 and frequented both the old location off 28 and the brand new location off 23.
