Love this place
I strongly do not recommend this location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The manager is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional toward both customers and staff, creating a very negative environment. There has been numerous occasions where I have walked in there during my lunch to order and the manager is speaking to the staff disrespectfully or either the customers. I truly enjoy Tropical Smoothie and stopped there for lunch today. I had the worst experience! I ordered a pair with a smoothie and toasted rolls. The young staff member assisting me initially entered the order incorrectly and needed assistance from the lead staff member, who I assumed was a supervisor based on her different colored shirt. This location gives this franchise a bad reputation. Employees are not friendly and the wrap I ordered has rice that wasn’t fully cooked
No greeting when walking in. No communication as far as Ill be wih you shortly. Just had me waiting at cash register for 3=5 minutes before saying anything. Then waited 5 minutes for my smoothie to be made. There was no one else in the store when I came in
