When I received my Jamaican jerk chicken bowl it was literally ice cold. None of the ingredients had been warmed and there was no chicken on it. It was as though someone was halfway through preparing it and then it was placed in my bag. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home. A huge waste of money. Hopefully, the owners of this franchise can spend more time at the location helping the busy workers meet basic standards. The wait for food was also long, it took us about 30 mins to get our food after ordering.

I eat Tropical Smoothie often in other locations. I would leave 5 stars any other time and recommend the place to others. I have never had a problem until recently at this specific location. The girl at the counter was very monotone and standoffish. We ordered food. Great. We received the food. No words were exchanged. Strange. I open my wrap, and I don't even think you could call it that. It reminded me of a sock with holes filled with chicken and parm. It was falling apart and soggy as could be.
