They’ll wear the same pair of disposable gloves while cleaning, dealing with payments, handling food/ingredients, and preparing orders. Or no gloves at all. No hand washing. I asked the employee to put on gloves since they were sweeping when I drove up, she rolled her eyes, didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves, made my drink (incorrectly), disappeared with it for ten seconds and thrust it out of the drive thru window. Smoothie was nasty, customer service was worse.
This was a disaster. The staff didn't help me and the girl preferred to be texting on the phone rather than preparing the smoothies. When I asked them what was happening with the order, they just made fun of me.
Small order takes 30 minutes even when ordered ahead & at least one item is wrong or missing every single time. Don’t bother going back to exchange the wrong food given to you or to get what they didn’t give you because the wait will be another 20 minutes, even when the inside and drive thru is empty. Hot items are consistently cold and salads and fruits are warm? This placed used to be good but it’s been a horrible experience multiple times this year
I want this place to succeed. But after three try’s it’s time to give up. I felt it’s necessary to leave the review. I understand the problems of business, which is that, employees don’t care. It’s tough, and this has a lot to do with why the predecessor company in this location failed. Basically, employees don’t want to do the job they have been contracted for at all.
