Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get a shitty peanut butter smoothie.
I found a piece of plastic in my smoothie
Ordered through app for delivery. Ordered Thai Chicken Salad and got a wrap instead no straw for smoothie. Called them at the store , NO ANSWER. Not to mention on the app the salad is listed as $8.79; was charged $11.34! WTH???? Why did it go up $3.00? Come on guys, do better. And please do not send me the robotic answer that has been sent to everyone on here, just make it right and do better!
Placed order online, arrived on time (230pm) to pick up my already paid for order and doors were closed. Girl at drive through told me they received a large order and can not fulfill mine (one sandwich) but they took my money. Called them couple times, every time I asked to speak with the manager they would drop the phone. Drove there to get my money back and girl at the register told me manager is in process of returning money back, we are talking about a week later. This company had my money for A Week!!!
