I placed an order in the app on New Year’s Eve! I don’t live in chantilly but was passing by so placed it there for pickup. My order confirmation said the order would be ready at 3:39. I had stopped to get gas. I received a call from the store at 3:45 that they were closing and that my order would be left out front! I told him I was exiting into the Willard rd. What a fun place to visit! The food was delicious and my Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie was yummy.
This location is super efficient! I blinked and my order was ready! Amy makes the best wraps and is super kind.
Why does my smoothie taste like straight juice, I’m really unsure what I'm consuming here and this is unfortunate. I was expecting a thicker and softer texture for a smoothie for sure.
Consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional service. I’ve visited this location several times for pickup orders, and each time, I’ve been ignored when I walk in — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no eye contact. Meanwhile, I’ve seen other customers walk in and get immediate attention at the counter. Pickup orders are also placed behind the pick up shelf even when they are ready while others are placed on the shelf which causes unnecessary confusion and delays.
