Today was National Smoothie Day and I placed a mobile order, I then arrived at 8:20 (20 minutes after the opening time). When I arrived the shop was dark, and the door was locked. I then went back (about 1 hour after shop open time), the shop was still dark and closed. I went back two hours later to get my food order, and they stated there would be no refund or restitution for my order. I had to choose either to have the food and pay or get a refund, with no real acknowledgement of the situation. It was a major inconvenience... read more
Super friendly cashier! I went today, Monday, and she greeted with a welcoming smile!
So it says they close at 9pm but It's 8:45pm and it's closed... it's a bit unprofessional
Love love love this place! I order here almost every morning On my way to work& they have the best and consistent smoothies! They also make the best food! Normally tropical smoothies food taste microwaved but they do it right! My wraps are always nice and toasted on the outside!
