I’m a regular at this location, but today (12/27/2025) was the first time I’ve ever had a genuinely disappointing experience. The employee, Rebecca L, gave me unnecessary attitude when I politely asked for an extra cup so I could share my drink with my family. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth as if my request was an inconvenience. I’ve always appreciated the service here, which is why this stood out so much.
