I've had several orders that were wrong. One was for a Veggie Hummus wrap - they added chicken when I did not request it. The other was for a Detox Island Green - pretty sure there was no ginger or banana. It literally tasted like green nothing. I went home and put it in my blender and added a banana.
The food is great but the service is not great. I am most frustrated by the promos. The app will have a promo for free smoothie with the purchase of food, but when I go buy meals and smoothies for multiple family members they say they can only apply it to one where the app did not disclose this nor would it allow me to find terms and conditions. The promo would just take me to the menu and not let me see any additional items. That was incredibly misleading and this has happened multiple times now and it is super frustrating ... read more
Ordered online, got there when order was said to be ready and was told to wait one sec. 20 minutes later my açaí bowl was done and was sitting on the counter in a bag the entire time.
