I had an incredible experience here today, largely thanks to Brianna! Even though her name tag said "Bri," I asked for her name, and she provided the best customer service with the most amazing, welcoming attitude. She made the visit genuinely pleasant from start to finish. On top of the fantastic service, the food and smoothies were absolute perfection. Employees like Brianna are hard to find and truly deserve a raise! I will definitely be coming back. Great job young lady!
Uber Eats ruined everything but this staff went beyond to fix it. They are amazing.
I order peanut butter cup everyday 6 days out a week I get it the same way 1-2 turbinado add non fat yogurt. I get to work look on print out attached to my smoothie it says fat burner. I’m a diabetic so I definitely didn’t order that. Next day I took that print out back to tropical cafe. Asked for a manager young girl appear I explained my order was wrong along w copy. She goes I remember you ordering that. Please I get the same order every time I come. That was money wasted and no refund.
