Update**** Already did the information they asked to do in review from owner before this original review was even responded to. Also, still nothing has been done. I come here all the time and was excited to have one in Duncan,but this location has been testing me. I let the drinks not being made great go because they are a newer location, but on my birthday the other day, I ordered 4 smoothies for my family. They forgot mine and I asked for a refund or for the smoothie. Days later, nada. Called today and nothing still. Haven't even spoken to someone in charge besides younger female.
