Overall rating: 2.5 stars I ordered a Bahama Mama smoothie and a chicken club sandwich online from Tropical Smoothie. I arrived around 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, but for some reason they did not have my order prepared. They did remake it, so I appreciated that, but it still made the experience a little inconvenient. The store itself was clean, which was a plus. The staff here has no concept of customer service. I stood in line with several other patrons, completely ignored by the four staff members who were tending to drive through orders. Lots of cars came and went through drive through, but nobody had time or the mind to say a word to customers standing in line in the store. I really wanted a smoothie, but it was clear I wouldn’t get one any time soon so I walked out.
rell and staff was amazing
I was really excited about trying out this new location. Came in excited greeted the works because they didn’t greet me. There was a gentleman with dreads who had the nastiest attitude. He barely spoke, rushed me in placing my order and was flat out rude. I know people have bad days but I hate spending money in places that don’t respect me as a customer. I wouldn’t recommend or ever come back to this location.
