This tropical smoothie location is the best. The staff is amazing. I guess it’s a family-owned franchise, which makes it great because it supports local businesses. They always employ the best people, and everyone feels happy and welcome here. And of course, the smoothies are amazing! Shout out to Tropical!
I received an incorrect order for two drinks. I requested no banana but it was in both. If me or my kid was allergic, this incompetence could have been life threatening! I called and they couldn’t care less. They would not compensate me for inconvenience of coming back to store.
Overall rating: 2.5 stars I ordered a Bahama Mama smoothie and a chicken club sandwich online from Tropical Smoothie. I arrived around 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, but for some reason they did not have my order prepared. They did remake it, so I appreciated that, but it still made the experience a little inconvenient. The store itself was clean, which was a plus. The staff here has no concept of customer service. I stood in line with several other patrons, completely ignored by the four staff members who were tending to drive through orders. Lots of cars came and went through drive through, but nobody had time or the mind to say a word to customers standing in line in the store. I really wanted a smoothie, but it was clear I wouldn’t get one any time soon so I walked out.
