So let me just say to have an owner/manager that cares this much is a big deal and it shows! I placed an order for delivery however it kicked to pick up for whatever reason, I called to see if I could change it and the woman who answered was super polite however they explained nothing could be changed, the gentleman who is the manager (maybe even the owner) explained to her that he would bring it to me. came in right before close (my bad) the girls working were so nice and quick. new mango monsoon smoothie is bomb. i’ve literally driven so far today and the service was great i think i wont have anymore road rage. thank u to the girls closing on aug 8th!!
I ordered a pomegranate plunge NO BANANA. It's rung up that way and this is the second time I've ordered it that way and it had banana in it!! This time they acted confused when I took it back. Just make it the way I ordered it and the way it was rung up. Thankfully I do not have an allergy to bananas. I just don't like them. This store needs to understand there are people with allergies and this could have been a disaster for this store.
