Always get drinks here before I go to work, I’ve always had great experiences but today I got a smoothie and I haven’t been able to drink it through the straw because the ice chunks are huge and there’s massive chunks of banana:( the ice chunks hurt my teeth when I don’t use the straw I’m a little disappointed but always love it here!
I paid $13 to get the wrong order and not get Nutella that I have to pay three dollars extra for this is the third time that the Bismarck location is messed up my food and done nothing about it. I called and asked to speak to management and over the phone. They publicly talked about me as I could hear them. They were rude and they did nothing to help fix the fact that they messed my food up the strawberries taste old and are hard. We were traveling through ND and wanted a smoothie so found this location on Google maps. It was great. The smoothies were very large and tasted great. The staff were all young and all working together. I think some were in training as others were explaining things to them. It's wonderful to see young people working, learning new skills and treating customers with respect. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door and again when we stepped up to make our order. Looked like a good place to work.
I work at pokeone next door and I love how we are close to each other I can make a quick stop and also food and the drinks there are so good with GREAT SERVICE, friendly and kind ! THANK YOU
