Service: very slow and bad. I was told after waiting 20 minutes on an online order, that “I’ll make it in a minute” - Drive Thru young lady was doing nothing and just watching. She had ZERO in line. Food: smoothie had ice chunks in it the size of marbles. Couldn’t use a straw at all and every scoop felt like I had a bag of ice in my mouth. The 2nd time I’ve tried this location. They clearly don’t have it together. Nothing is ever ready after placing a single order 30 minutes ahead of time online. Unbelievably. Girl working drive thru is doing nothing. No one is coming up there and 1 person making smoothies. Oh well, won’t be back. Wasted valuable time.
At this location my smoothies are very inconsistent in taste. Sometimes they have no taste, sometimes the taste varies. No consistency
8$ for a smoothie that was only half blended and tasted like nothing.
I’ve only started going here recently but so far everything has been perfection, I get the Jetty Punch with added whey and chocolate, tried the breakfast quesadilla and it was actually really good.
