Needs to renovation for their employees The supervisor/manager isn't customer friendly I was super respectful of my knowledge of not knowing what I ordered instead of insisting on remaking the order she was battling with me I also told her I would pay if the right order I wanted was more then the wrong order and she still battle with me so I really wish if there was a way to have her be checked for disrespecting the customers as if the money is being taken out of her paycheck for showing that she has customer service skills

went for lunch, asked for no tomatoes, ticket stated no tomato, still had no tomatoes. went inside and asked for a new flatbread, lady took the tomatoes off and handed me back the flatbread. asked for a new one to be made and if i just wanted the tomatoes picked off i could’ve done that. lady had an attitude about it but finally remade it after making me wait forever.
I came into Tropical Smoothie around **5:00p.m.** to purchase a drink and was never greeted or acknowledged. If management reviews the security cameras, they will see that I stood at the counter waiting for several minutes without anyone approaching me. One employee was washing blender cups and never acknowledged my presence.
