Need better customer service, today me and my mom wanted to try the smoothie place and we are new to the area and wanted a smoothie and we were excited to this place until, when we walked in we didnt get no greeting and didn't feel like were welcomed at all, and they just stared at us while were trying to look at the menu and since I have bad eye sight I cant really see well so it gives me time to look at the menu but feels like them staring at us so annoyed like we did something wrong, at that point I wanted to leave alread... read more
The smoothie was good. I asked for just fruit and milk, and they agreed they could do that. Then, while they were making it, one employee asked another in a different language if it was okay to add juice, and the other employee gave him the okay. I didn’t like that, since they had already agreed to make it with just fruit and milk.
Go to Smoothie King!! They have the best smoothies and will never serve you overpriced smoothies that are bad quality. I ordered two smoothies, one tasted like cardboard, and the other one was half sweet and tasted mostly of ice. I should have asked for a refund because I was not happy whatsoever and will not be returning. The smoothies here are usually pretty good. I don’t know if they are training new people, or if the quality is just going down.
