The workers were polite until I left no tip on just taking my smoothie out and leaving. Not sure why people just expect tips for doing your job. I tip on table service not on take out. The attitude change was immediate! Very very unprofessional!!
Victoria is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond which is why I’m a repeat customer. She hand delivers our orders to us; if I could give her a 100/10 I would!
I love their smoothies, specifically Mango Monsoon! It tastes very refreshing and it’s the perfect amount of sweet.
I stop by Tropical Smoothie Cafe regularly, and the experience is always great. The smoothies and food are fresh, orders come out quickly, and the staff is friendly and reliable. Consistent service and a great team make this one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend.
