Yet another place that's started calling customers "guests." There's no such thing as a "guest" at a store or restaurant. "Guests" stay at hotels. "Customers" shop or eat. Also, the stupid app cheated me out of a point, and I don't know how to contact Tropical Smoothies about it. It said I was supposed to earn 10 points for every $1 spent. I spent $7.47 and only got 69 points! And they weren't added immediately.
Great group of people working here today. Fix the issues with the rewards app. Was patient 😌 thanks again.
I either go here or smoothie king. Fast service!
