I love Tropical smoothie cafe. Not only are the smoothies natural, healthy and taste amazing.. the team takes care of me every time I go in. All of the staff are engaging, supportive and work hard. Would definitely recommend.
There were pieces of what appeared to be plastic in my smoothie today & had to throw it away. Won't be going back.
I gave this over a week to see if anyone would reach out to me. However, this was the worst catering experience I have had in 15 years. I placed an order on their own website on July 9th and it was accepted. Called the store that evening to ask about it. Manager was dismissive. The next morning at 7:40am, they canceled it via email. Great Smoothies and food, Buffalo Chicken is my favorite but you can't go wrong with their Acai bowls either. Staff is always friendly and professinoal!
