I can’t say enough good things about this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! I’ve been coming in multiple times since my surgery, and every visit has been fantastic. I usually get either the Kiwi Quencher or Pomegranate Plunge and my orders are always out quickly. The restaurant is always spotless, the service is quick, and the staff is incredibly kind. I had a bit of an issue with an order. After I talked to the manager, she resolved the issue. Everyone was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend! Their food tastes amazing and is super healthy :)
I love their food and smoothies! There are so many healthy and delicious options like flatbreads wraps, Dillas, and açai bowls. Every time I go there, the food is fresh and the smoothies are perfect, the service is fast and friendly. I don’t usually hang out there, I get mine to go. The portions are large for a good price.
We ordered the Detox Island Green and regular Island Green smoothies, and they were absolutely delicious. Service was great, and very efficient. Overall excellent establishment!!
It was a blessing in disguised that the store in Cactus road was closed when we ordered online an Acai bowl and Detox Smoothie (which I find it odd that the Cactus road branch acceptrd an online order when they are already close?) This Thunderbird branch is to the rescue and saved the day ;) The owner is very accommodating and kind to us that earned our business more. The staff, Remi, Tez and Susan are friendly too.
