Best customer service experience I've had at a TSC! Placed a pickup order through their app on a Wednesday morning - arrived for pickup at about 8:15am. Store and parking lot not busy. I went inside at a jog, because traffic had put me behind for an appointment - much to my delight, as soon as I opened the front door the female employee was walking over to the pickup area, and asked if the order in her hand was mine! Got the açaí bowl and when got back to hotel it was frozen açaí and the bananas were black and slimy. I tried the contact us on the website but it didn’t work.
Had a slight hiccup in a wrap and it was rectified within a few days. The Bahama Mamma Smoothie i got was one of the best ive had yet. Poor sweet girl was working by herself, hats off to her. Should have got her name.
