I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie Café. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and what I received was completely unacceptable — the tortilla was burnt, hard, and honestly inedible. It’s frustrating to pay for food that clearly wasn’t cooked or checked for quality before being served. I expect better care and standards from your establishment. I hope this issue is taken seriously, because customers deserve food that’s fresh and prepared properly
