I frequent this location and Chancey the manager is always so sweet and welcoming. I order ahead a lot and if it’s not ready she will start my order so I don’t have to wait long. The customer service is exceptional and as someone in management as well, her and her team are doing an amazing job! They take it above and beyond
Let me speak loud and clear this establishment is a very pleasant smoothie lunch spot the owner is very kind and trained her employees to be respectful and kind. I’ve had nothing but good experience there if you want a good lunch spot with healthy food come see my girl at tropical smoothie.
Recently I went back to go get another smoothie and unfortunately it ruined my previous experience before. The owner is completely unprofessional. Speaks ill about all her employees and does it right in front of the establishment where everyone can hear her. Ive heard her made disgusting comments about customers appearances as well. The lack of class ruined my smoothie and my Chipotle meal for me🥲
