Business closed 30 minutes early and didn’t complete my order
One of our favorite places for smoothies. Doesn't matter what location the smoothies are always ON POINT!!! The majority of their food is really good as well!
The food is very good and the service is excellent; the staff are always smiling and very pleasant. Thank you.
Barely blended smoothies. I've been to this location more than 5x. Their smoothies have fruit chunks and do not taste like the ones from other locations. The employees need better training on their products. Please make the necessary adjustments because I rather drive past your location and go to Northlake or Duluth.
So I walked in, approximately 5:42 PM. Im already uncomfortable because the caucasian man that was in the Tropical smoothie store, walked out to make sure his truck doors were locked after I parked and then headed into the cafe once again. Once I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all by the 2 employees. I stated “hello” and received zero response.
