Nice location , new chipotle lication, that needs to find their identity , so far identity is kind of under trained employees, stingy small portions , nice , clean place

I order from here quite a bit. Nice people. Their food prep hygiene needs to improve, or at least be consistent. Having worked in food service, I always notice minor things (that is everywhere), but here, over the last few visits, I've seen 1) An employee prepping my order with her bare hand (she had one glove on) and 2) an employee was prepping my food, came to register (to see what I was waiting for) - touched the register, went back to prepping my food - then she put my wrap in the microwave..and then she puts her hair up... read more

This review is only for their açaí bowl. It was frozen. Not sure if it’s cause they don’t make it from scratch. It tasted okay, but it was not pleasant to eat and I made multiple messes from trying to scoop the hard frozen açaí bowl. I’ve had bowls from other places where the açaí was actually smooth and creamy.

All the staff here is solid but one in particular is just on a different tier. I'm a small business owner myself and without any question in the world I'd put this young gentleman in a top leadership role right away. Squared away in all areas related to making a customer happy n come back. AKA....just being a great person. Doing nothing but aiding in revenue for whomever owns this Tropical Smoothie Jacob you're the man! Thanks for being great! Keep rising!
