Literally the worst customer service. Fire the girl on drive thru she is so rude. I am a gm in the hospitality business and this is not hospitality. They are absolutely lucky if someone wants to spend money in their establishment. I didnt even get my order because of how rude they were. Fire and rehire from top to bottom. Its not that hard to be a decent human being.
Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that had no buffalo sauce or ranch, just plain chicken and lettuce. Tasted like someone boiled chicken, slapped me with a tortilla, and called it a day.
Ella's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail delivered speedy service with a smile. My husband and I just went here, and I got a mocha madness for the first time which was smooth, chocolate, coffee flavored and DELICIOUS. my husband got palmagrantant (sorry, spelling) plunge, which was sweet, candy like and fruity.
