Usually this place is awesome. I come here weekly after driving an hour for a med appt But today Im kinda frustrated.. Why did someone who ordered after me grt his drinks before me, after waiting 10 min...and I had to remind the staff about my order in order to get it made. I noticed my order disappeared on the screen
What happened to the ladies who used to work at the old Tropical Smoothie location on the other end of Arlington? The new staff at this location are rude, unprofessional, and never smile. They don’t call out the orders—just line up the smoothies on the counter—so you end up waiting without knowing which one is yours. This is exactly why businesses shouldn’t be run by inexperienced employees. From now on, I’ll be going to the Fire Tower location. I won’t be returning here.
My smoothie great and the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning!
Since this location moved, we have only been here twice to pickup our online orders. The first time, the veggie hummus wraps were some of the worst wraps we had ever eaten with barely anything in them which is the reason for one star being removed. The second time, we placed an order on Tuesday, March 4 at 6:26pm. We arrived earlier than the designated time for pickup, but we only had to wait a couple of minutes before the food was ready.
