Yesterday I placed a food order and waited about 30 minutes. During that time, everyone who came after me received their food before I did. When I asked about my order and mentioned that others who ordered later were already served, the staff member preparing the food responded with an attitude. She asked for my name, then handed me a random bag that was ready—inside was a smoothie that wasn’t even the one I ordered. Tifah, Gabby, Keisha - excellent service. Super friendly. Smiles all the way!! Clean shop. Great menu items. Must visit to the Tropical Angels.
Im annoyed at my experience. I went in and ordered 3 items. One was wrong, and the other she told me she wouldn't make me, when I came back in and asked for my receipt about what she made me and charged me was wrong she refused to give it to me, and sat on the phone
One of the cleanest location I have ever been to. Tifa and Keisha did a great job knocking the orders out but the best part is the efficiency didn’t take away from the great customer service that they had.
