I want to share a heartwarming experience at Tropical Smoothie, store: 361 Charles Way, Stroudsburg, PA. The promotions allowed a second free smoothie with the purchase of a meal or full-price smoothie, and I used this to be a ripple of kindness for one week, hoping to be a small miracle in others’ lives. Ordered in drive thru, waited 15 min at service window, no one came to window once, not even to say sorry for the wait, line behind me, just gave up. The food is not good enough to justify a 20 min wait. Won't go back.
My go to but had a horrible experience today. I went in at around 5PM and it was mostly young workers. The girl behind the counter was giving me nasty looks and going back and forth with her co worker on who was going to take my order. She takes my order and I ask for my usual smoothie but a kids sized. She started laughing and judging me that I asked for a kids sized, I was just in the mood for a small size today….
