Went to get 'Dillas and smoothies with my husband for dinner at 9:25pm in the drive-thru and was told that they do not serve quesadillas at that time even though it says they are available online and we have ordered them before at that time. We went to taco bell instead.
Ordered a bahama mama bowl for the first time. The description states fresh strawberries and pineapple. The pineapple was definitely not fresh. I know what canned tastes like and I hate it. Seriously disappointed for $12. Won’t be ordering that again.
I ordered two Hawaiian BBQ Sliders from Tropical Smoothie, and this was easily one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The menu photo showed a well-assembled, fresh sandwich, but what I received was completely different. The sliders were smushed into shallow bowl containers instead of the regular boxes, making them look even worse. On more than one occasion I had issues where they do not blend smoothies enough so they’re all chunky and gross. Very inconsistent quality. I paid an extra dollar for the energizer supplement and it tasted like chemical poison. Not sure if that’s normal or they’re trying to poison me. This is strike 3 for me.
The smoothies are great, most all of the girls that work there have great customer service. Isaac does not.
