Update - Owner reached out and made things right! I appreciate all he did to make it right and correct the error. My husband went to get a smoothie Saturday morning and when he paid, they said the card didn't go through. He showed the cashier the charge pending on our bank account. The cashier just continued to say it didn't go through and so did the manager on duty though they both saw the charge pending on our bank. They didn't offer to re-run the card, ask for a different payment method, nothing.. so he left without a smo... read more
