Every time I come to this location the customer service is the worst and the workers sound miserable. It makes me not want to come to this location.
I place my order before another customer. The young lady gave him his four items before she got to my order of only a smoothie. I DID bring it to her attention she said sorry. So I just said ok. But when I got home drinking my drink it was just green kale leaves at the bottom of the cup along with a hard bottom and something brown was at the bottlm of the cup as well.not sure why.Very disappointed.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe has always provided fresh ingredients. Unfortunately today was different. I ordered a Thai chicken salad in a bowl and they gave me slimy old cilantro and then wouldn’t replace the order for something of equal value today. They officially lost a long-term customer and future referrals don’t ever go to the flower mound Tropical Smoothie Cafe ever. This is the worst service I could’ve received
