Girl working drive through was rude from the jump, had an attitude for no reason. I work in customer service so i know there’s bad days but to have that nasty of an attitude to people being kind and ordered quickly is unacceptable.
I had such a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Samiyah was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her customer service really stood out and made my visit even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. I’ll definitely be back!
The staff is so RUDE. The worker and manager got an attitude with me simply for asking about allergens in the food. The employee at the drive through window even through my straws on the ground and did not get me a new one. Will not be back!
