I had an amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe thanks to Lenaia From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and did it with a great attitude and a smile. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service!
All other locations take phone orders. This location does NOT take phone orders.SO, they lost my business.
My smoothie was done before I even paid. I also got the Cali breakfast wrap and it truly hit the spot. The girl working at the register was super sweet, kind, & patient. I've never seen such fast, efficient service! Already can't wait to come back again!
