I stop by in the evenings now and then. The staff is polite and always apologizes if there is a long wait, but the place is often out of ingredients or short staffed.. Seems like the employees are doing their best, but management isn’t setting them up to succeed. I've seen this place in way better shape from last year, GM has changed and it shows.
I have not visited this location in a week or two due to multiple reasons I wish to address. A couple of times when I pull into the drive thru, with my children in the car, mind you, I’m greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke wafting from the back of the building. Went through drive through so couldn't really give any details about atmosphere. Friendly young working the window. Food was hot. Salad was cold. Smoothie was good as it always is.. can't really complain. It's not the cheapest place to get a bite to eat but food n service are on par!
