This was my first visit to tropical smoothie and it was so good! I got the mango monsoon smoothie. It was fresh and delicious! Service was top tier and the restaurant was clean. Awesome experience! Will be back!
I didn’t have a good experience on this evening. I come to this location on a daily basis and each of the staff members pretty much know my order verbatim. The Indian female employee put mango in my drink and I always specifically tell them no mango. I personally feel it was deliberately done. When I returned the drink and explained what was done the manager (older Indian gentlemen) apologized and admitted mango was added. When I left I saw the 2 of the employees laughing. So impressed with the staff here. They are so kind! My daughter’s bowl slipped from her hand and knocked over with the contents falling onto the table. They remade it for free no questions asked. Love the flatbread pesto chicken and my go to detox green smoothie. Hits the spot every time. Thanks again!
Food was fresh and so was my smoothie. Customer service was amazing & the energy/ environment was calm and clean
