These guys do not know how to blend their smoothies, I’ve been here many times and 90% of the time there are just massive ice chunks in the smoothies. Never had this problem at other tropical smoothie locations, just this one
The past few times I have come here has been a joke! The first time I ordered online for pick up . My order said it would be ready at 11:10am. I walked in and my order was not in the cubie. I didn’t receive my order under 11:40. I just ordered through the drive through and that took 45 minutes. I watch the employees stand and talk to each other. My husband and I went into the drive through just a little bit before closing, which I understand is already lame. I’ve worked fast food and know it’s just no fun working until the clock ends but we just wanted a smoothie you know? So as we went through the drive through, nobody answered. After we pulled through we saw somebody looking through the window at as ducking and hiding. Just thought it was super unprofessional and was super disappointed.
