Overall, this is a pretty good little restaurant. But I can’t give a good review to a restaurant that doesn’t accept cash. In the year 2025 in the United States of America we accept cash. The tropical smoothie does not.
Unfortunately this is one of the worst locations. The wait time is insane plan on at least 15-20 minutes to get your food or smoothie. The food was gross wasn’t cooked all the way and the wrap was just falling apart. Won’t be returning here again.
I was here about a week ago. Would give zero stars. I usually love tropical smoothie but the workers here need a reality check for what a job is. Every single person is standing in the back on their phone drinking smoothies and talking to one another. It took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and asked if we were ready. We even made eye contact a few times before someone finally said "ugh fine I'll do it". As if I hadn't been here for 10 minutes. Then she took our order and rejoined the others in the back??? I ordered online. got home. My food was nasty. It wasn't prepared well. I got a bowl and I paid extra to put nutella on it, but didn't give it, i ordered another thing with that same order a bahama mama bowl it's supposed to have honey on it didn't get it. I called and complained and then the next time I come in and get 2 free ones. Went in nope.Can't get two free ones. For the messing up my bowls .
