I didn’t place an order because I had a receipt to receive a $1.99 Smoothie. As soon as I showed the receipt the employee told me she couldn’t do it because she was too busy, although she wasn’t the only employee. I was going to order something else, but decide not to because I felt the response and treatment was uncalled for.

I ordered one PB Banana crunch flatbread ($5.99) and one Bahama Mama Açaí bowl ($10.99). After paying, she gave me a Bahama Mama smoothie (that I did not order), to which I told her that I had ordered the bowl, not the smoothie. She told me she got confused and thought I meant the smoothie. She could not refund it so I had to pay separately for the bowl I had initially ordered. THIS IS A GREAT TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE LOCATION. I ALWAYS LOVE COMING HERE THEY ALWAYS KNOW THE BEST THING TO RECOMMEND. EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE IS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. THIS IS MY FAVORITE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE LOCATION IN NASHVILLE THANK YOU! THEY ALSO HAVE GEAT FOOD AND SNACKS

What an amazing staff, not to mention the food as well. The smoothies are too sour for. And seriously, I am blown away by how good the staff is. They have an amazing memory for whatever you have ordered, and they say sometimes they see people coming across the parking lot and start their smoothies! That kind of customer service is rare to find. Highly suggested!
