The past two times I have placed an order they have given me the wrong items. When I called they said that they substituted the items because they were out of the others, which if they are out, that's fine. I get it. But when I asked to be refunded for both wrong items I just kept being told the truck will be in next week and "that the items were the same price" not acknowledging that I don't like the replacement items and did not order them. They also charged me for add ons I asked for and did not put them on the bowl.
I love my local TSC; they're very quick when I order ahead and are always very kind. I recommend everything on the menu, but especially the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap
We went today and the lady who took our order was completely spaced out. When I ordered, I asked for just strawberries and blueberries on my bowl. After I got my order I was surprised to see coconut on it. I went inside and when I told the lady I’m allergic and she said “You didn’t tell me” then blew me off. Literally walked away and ignored me until I asked for her name. I got a new one bowl but it was frozen and her service was terrible. If you are looking for a good smoothie with good service, just go to Smoothie King.
Very unpleasant experience, I will not be back at this location.
