Today evening, It was my first time coming to Tropical Smoothie, and the food was amazing. There were two employees working, and they were extremely nice and welcoming. I’m really satisfied with the service and will definitely be coming back.
Used the T-Mobile promo and they said the total was 1.88 so I proceeded to swipe my card and was charged 11.08! They said a manager would call me to issue refund and then processed to ignore me and never call me back.
Smoothies are perfect every time!
Wanted to try this place as I usually get Smoothie King. We arrived and asked for there watermelon mojito that was on there menu online as well as on a sign by the registers. Unfortunately, the staff member said they do not sell that one anymore. Additionally we where standing there for 10 minutes before our order was taken or being acknowledged.
