Considering that the acai bowls here are $13+, I would expect them to be made fresh. Today I was given a Bahama Mama bowl that looks like it had been sitting in a freezer overnight. The acai part was completely frozen solid, and the fruit, especially the pineapple, was gummy as if it had been sitting for a long time. I don't know if I'll ever be going back since it was so awful for such an expensive price. I would have asked for a refund if I had realized before I left. The food and smoothies are Good but it would be great if the staff wore hair nets. They all tend to have long hair, and while it's pulled back it does not keep hair from getting in to food.
The food here is great! Attitudes from staff, and music is raunchy, annoying, and inappropriate.
