I ordered a banana chai smoothie, but when I received it, it was loose like a ice coffee, when I returned it for what I asked for the lady wasn’t very happy about having to rectify the issue. When I finally did start to drink my smoothie it was not the same smoothie I normally get it had no flavor it basically tasted like a large cup of crushed ice.
