I swear to god I have been to many tropical smoothie cafes recently coz I’m a bahama mama smoothie lover but the guy MIKE P from this store who took my order today was soo bad at us for redeeming my points for a smoothie even I offered him the money for the smoothie he gave me a answer that he will complain on me to the corporate for using my points and he told me to get out of the store with a bad language this makes me to not be a customer for tropical smoothie cafe. Terrible, rude and cheap service. I'm a faithful tropical cafe consumer, almost eat there everyday. I've only had a few bad experiences. They have all been with independent owner. Ironically, 3 different states, 3 bad experiences, and they have all been with Indian owners. Very consistent disappointments. I know now, to always check the food I ordered because they barely put any of my ingredients i ordered all 3 times. It's a big deal because they charge a $1 for anything extra. The person waiting on us was very polite, wife had just had her teeth removed so he bent over backwards to make her visit very helpful, being from out of town will be back to visit his business
Is it just me, or are these smoothies priced like they’re blended with gold? Maybe I’m still stuck in the 90s. My kids are obsessed—they’re in there so much, the staff probably knows their favorite orders by heart. At this rate, I’ve spent so much money I might as well own shares in the company!
