Listen, if you are going to try the new acia bowl DON'T DO IT! It is Horrendous! It's NOTHING like frutta bowl! I hv been going to the Zelda loc since they opened & the employees are gaslighting teenyboppers! I overlook it regularly for the smoothie. Here lately the whole atmosphere has been awful. Crew was standing around talking amongst themselves. My order was not in the cubicle for carryout, but was instead behind the counter. I had to ask to retrieve it. Once I was on the road I discovered that the receipt was not put into the bag. This was needed. I called the store to ask if a receipt could be emailed or texted to me. They refused. So yummyyyy, i buy from here once a week, they’re fast, has great service and good food/drinks. My favorite drink is beach bum with white chocolate and i also get the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla.
Even if they get an order incorrect, I love it there. Love the smoothies, and how nice the staff is. They fixed my order and was kind about it. I am terrible with names, but the one with the 777 tattoo was kind and did my new smoothie fast and hassle free.
I usually enjoy the food at this location. However, my last 2 experiences have been atrocious.The person that is making the quesadillas needs to be given another duty. They are dry as the Sahara Desert. Food is too expensive for that nonsense…
