Absolutely amazing
My boyfriend and I arrived at 7:30pm on Sunday 1/18/26. We were excited that there is a closer tropical cafe than the Hewlett location. We enter and we are the only customers there and there is just one girl working on orders. We say hello as we enter and stand at the register. The girl continues making orders and doesn’t acknowledge us for 5 minutes. We would’ve been fine if she explained that she would be with us shortly or that someone else was coming, but she didn’t. I love the morning girl that works there almost everyday. She’s so sweet and thoughtful.
Bad service had a really bad experience today with some kids that work there on the 3pm shift! Just horrible, they should hire kids that really want to work and give a pleasant costumer service
