I love me some tropical smoothie, but I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews, the children that are working there, seemingly unsupervised, are just plain rude and for no reason! They don’t greet customers or even respond to a thank you?! What kind of customer service is that? Not to mention, as some of the other reviews stated, I too stood there for a good 5 minutes in an empty store while online orders took priority and the employees chatted with each other.
