I used to come here every single day. 2 years later, it is not the same. The smoothie tasted like concentrated juice, which if you know the taste is horrible. They do not use actual fruit, which they use to and was one of my favorite things about tropical smoothie. And it seems as though the AC doesn't even work at this location cause it was extremely hot,so the atmosphere was not very comforting. I don't know what management has changed but lord knows I do miss the old ones.
I love this place, and the customer service has always been amazing. I used to come here three times a week for the Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries. Unfortunately, they changed the granola, and I don’t like it as much as the old one. I called to confirm, and they told me they did change it. This was a while ago, and I’m still hoping they bring back the original granola.
