Today is Monday 9/15 at 7:59 and as I was walking in the door it was closed on me and they refused to let me in to order although they don’t close for another 11 minutes. I frequent this place a lot but I hate coming here at night as they hire a bunch of kids who aren’t capable of good service. I will not be coming back as they were just staring at me at the door laughing. Horrible.
Mocha madness tasted like it was made with pineapple juice. Unpalatable. I was already on the road before I found out. The peanut butter banana flatbread was good, at least.
Terrible customer service on more than one occasion. Love the smoothies, but it makes you not want to go there at all. I’d rather not support employees/an establishment who make it seem like you’re such an inconvenience when you walk in.
