Place has gone downhill significantly. Afternoon staff usually hits the mark. Nighttime staff seem incapable of blending a smoothie or getting the correct ingredients in the cup
They choose to take care of other duties before taking care of their customers first. Workflow needs to be reevaluated big time.
I love the food but the service here is ALWAYS so slow!
Waited over 54 minutes for an app order. So many people walked out. I already paid for 2 smoothies and a wrap, no eye contact or acknowledgement from 3 employees.this was 12:15 pm 10/26/25. Smoothies were undrinkable. Owners you are losing money on wasted ingredients, too many ingredients and lost business walking out.
