Came here twice. Had smoothies and acai bowl. The smoothies were delicious . Both times I came(different staff) the employees are a tad bit rude. They talk to you like they font feel like working. These are kids were talking about but they do need to be trained better
Walking into this place was so underwhelming. There was no greeting as I walked up to the register. The staff wasn't rude nor were they pleasant. Some of the staff wore gloves while preparing the orders but no one changed their gloves nor washed their hands after touching the cash register. This staff sweeping the floor had the same gloves on while behind the counter. Hopefully, the management will take this moment to create a learning opportunity for their employees.
Sitting in the drive thru at 8:20 waiting for my order to be taken and no ones said anything. I drove by it's about 4-5 workes inside. I'm assuming they're ignoring the drive thru till closing. What the hell
I come here to the Richton Park location every once in a , other than that I go to the Frankfort, And Orland Park locations.
Came here 03/14 at 12pm and the staff was amazziing !!! Beautiful smile on all the staff, very friendly and great personality. Thank you for making our experience amazing. Great staff
