Excellent service
Every time I come to this location the wait times are horrible , the service is horrible and they never give me what I paid for. The first time I waited 25-30 minutes for 2 smoothies with no line. The second time I ordered 3 smoothies got 2 back that I didn’t order and those two were watery and warm. This last time I went I ordered a spinach wrap with no pesto. Came here twice. Had smoothies and acai bowl. The smoothies were delicious . Both times I came(different staff) the employees are a tad bit rude. They talk to you like they font feel like working. These are kids were talking about but they do need to be trained better. Came back and 3rd and 4th time and the service was better. Now they run out of products a lot. The negative reviews for this location are unfortunately accurate. Despite having three employees and no line in the dining area or drive-thru, my order took an excessive amount of time. I also observed poor food handling practices, an employee delivered food to another car and returned inside wearing the same gloves, which is concerning.
