Service at this Richton Park, IL cafe was HORRIBLE the staff is incompetent and rude especially the heavy set woman with the braids that are never covered but deals with the food. Their attitudes are ridiculous and to be a business that’s based around a vibe their vibe is terrible. Won’t be continuing to order from this location anymore until I see either a different staff or changes with their service. Hopefully management gets involved.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. After drinking almost my entire smoothie, I noticed a large foreign object sitting at the bottom of the cup. I immediately contacted the store because this is a serious food safety concern.What disappointed me even more was how the situation was handled. This location is super slow. Doesn’t matter if you walk in, drive thru or order ahead through the app. Extremely slow service.

Worst Location, in Illinois. Walk in you’ll stand at the register for damn near 5 minutes before anyone says a word to you. Then they might forget to make your smoothie entirely lol. The smoothies are fine if they don’t forget to make it, it’s the fact that the customer service is just sad lifeless nonsensical garbage.
