I love the refreshing and customizable smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The variety of flavors and ingredients always hits the spot, especially on a hot day! And one more thing to say Staff is very friendly
Placed a delivery order (açaí bowl) & was delivered the wrong order(a sandwich & chips). Called delivery person & was hung up on & called store multiple times without getting an answer (said the voice mailbox was full). When we finally got someone to answer & told him the problem he was extremely rude & did not care in the slightest & hung up. We will not be ordering from here ever again. After reading the other reviews this seems to be a common issue-lack of customer service! We did call the corporate office.
