Manager (I think his name was GP) yelled at me for talking to an employee when there was no rush As a customer I felt disrespected
If you enjoy "Indian" music 🎵, playing in the background while you are waiting online for your shake, you will love this place. Unfortunately I didn't and that is why I took off 3 stars. Complete mood killer while you wait (not a quick wait) for your🥤. Otherwise 🥤 tasted good. It's not cheap though.
I have to give a shout out to the young man working tonight. I had to be “that” person and ask for my wrap to be remade because the moment I opened the wrapping my Cesar wrap fell open to. I simply was not able to easily eat my food as everything spilled out. I did ask for them to please rewrite and they made me a new wrap without any issue. And kindly brought the new one to me at the table. Thank you🌻 for taking the time to fix my wrap and make my experience in your restaurant pleasant. I will definitely be back
Been coming here for years with kids after school and after sporting events and practices. Service has steadily declined. When HS kids there service is really good. However, when owners there, cannot understand what they are saying half the time and typically have to repeat order several times. Today, walked out when after I repeated myself twice and then he yelled at me “hold on a minute”. Walked out. Horrible customer service. They need to do better or not going back.
I wanted to place a curb side pick up on the app. It doesn’t show on the app if they have that option available and so I called twice to verify that or just to see if they could make an exception for me since I have a sick toddler in the car with me. Both calls went straight to voice mail like someone turned off the phone. I love tropical smoothie but this is disappointing.
