I love Tropical Smoothie sooo much! 3-8-25 The only thing that was strange today was that an employee was on a headset complaining incessantly about several different topics, including a co-worker, to whomever she was speaking. My daughter and I had chosen to sit at the counter to watch how they do things behind the counter, and rather than being friendly and acknowledging us, she continued to complain for a good solid 5 minutes. If you’re going to stop serving food at 9:50, then close at 9:50 not 10:00. I drove up to the drive through and tried to order. The attendant said, we close in a few minutes and are no longer taking orders. Horrible service, just go ahead and close if you’re not going to take anymore orders.
