I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Orders are often incomplete, and there is little attention to accuracy or accountability. Even more concerning is the lack of basic customer service. Being ignored while waiting and having concerns dismissed creates an unprofessional and disrespectful environment. Love coming to this store, the entire staff are so personable and incredibly friendly. Hannah at the register is such a sweet girl and made suggestions beyond what I could imagine for a “smoothie” Thank you Mat and Hannah!

Horrible restaurant, horrible people. They're rude. They're always missing something and now they want to argue with you. They don't care. I don't know what happened to this store, since 2017 when I was so sick and lived off of tropical smoothie, this place is disgusting. The people are gross. They just want to argue they don't want to help.
